Abstract

Science subjects are a combination of physical, chemical and biological matter. So that the delivery requires creative, innovative techniques and methods. So that the three material concepts can be mastered well by students. With these conditions there are still many students who consider IPA as one of the difficult subjects. To improve student learning achievement in the next material (Plant and Animal Reproductive System) the Dikir method is chosen as the solution. Dikir stands for Discussion, Quiz and Reward. In the learning process, discussion becomes an important part that is inseparable. To familiarize cooperation and social care. Quizzes are given to increase understanding of the material provided. Affirmation and practice of words of memory. Rewards are given to increase student learning motivation. Thus, student learning achievement increases, along with increasing student understanding and motivation in following the learning process.
