Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the effect of computer assisted instructional model games on integrated science in elementary school. The method used in this study was quasi- experimental. Experimental design of this study is one group pretest-posttest design were chosen randomly. The subjects were elementary school students of class III SDIT Al-Khoiriyah Al-Husna Sukabumi. Students involved amounted to 14 children. The data collection techniques ware interviews, observations, and tests. The data were collected using an interview guide, observation sheets, and pretest-posttest questions. The analysis technique used is gain score. The results of this study show that media computer assisted instructional model games of effective used in learning science in elementary characterized by an increase students' cognitive abilities. Improvement is shown by a cognitive students gain value of 0.81 was high level.
