Implementasi Kebijakan Rencana Pembangunan Wilayah Dalam Perspektif Tri Hita Karana Berdasarkan Perda Nomer 17 Tahun 2012 Pada Kecamatan Sidemen Kabupaten Karangasem 2018

Abstract

The development of the spatial layout of the region must be encouraged by the government, because our society is still not sure about spatial planning in accordance with the Karangasem Regional Regulation No. 17 of 2012. In order to avoid overlap between the community and the local government, residents in the village who are mostly religious Hinduism strongly believes in the Tri Hita Karana Philosophy. Tri Hita Karana's philosophy describes three concepts that are unique in a variety of cultures with the environment in the midst of globalization like today. The purpose of spatial planning in Karangasem regency is to realize the Karangasem region through the development of sustainable and environmentally sound agribusiness and tourism in the use of space that applies disaster mitigation aspects. So that a regional planner will not be able to master the entire regional planning process because it requires a lot of disciplines. Then the researcher will examine the problems that exist in the process of implementing the development plan of the Sidemen sub-district of Karangasem Regency. In its implementation, it demands the ability of the actors implementing the policy to build relationships in the causal chain so that public policy can have an impact on society.
