About the Journal

Truth De Journal Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi publishes articles on public and private law that have been selected by scholars, policymakers, and legal practitioners. Articles published in this journal focus on national issues, and comparative and transnational approaches, to create new perspectives in dealing with global issues.

Truth De Journal Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi publishes articles in Indonesian and English to make it easier for readers and writers to understand legal terms. This approach aims to avoid ambiguities that may arise due to translations into other languages. This open-access journal is managed and prepared by legal experts, academics, and support staff of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi. Thus, we hope that it can have a positive impact on legal science. This journal also upholds publication ethics and avoids all forms of plagiarism.
