Peer Review Process

Peer Review Process

Some of the policies of the Jurnal PEKA (Mathematics Education) journal are:

1. Every incoming script will be checked using an anti-plagiarism website, Turnitin.
2. Each submitted manuscript will go through a review process
3. The review process uses a double-blind review.
4. In the review process Bebestari partners provide considerations related to novelty, scientific impact, conclusions, and references used.

The reviewer's decision will become the editor's consideration to:

1. Accept Submission (receive the script)
2. Revisions Required (the text needs to be revised)
3. Resubmit for review (send the manuscript back)
4. Resubmit elsewhere (submit manuscripts to other journals)
5. Decline Submission (rejecting the script)

Manuscripts rejected for publication for several reasons, namely:

1. The article does not match the scope of the journal.
2. Articles do not follow scientific paper writing rules or journal writing guidelines.
3. Fatal error in methodology.
4. The author rejects suggestions for improvement given by reviewers without acceptable reasons.
5. Manuscripts indicated plagiarism with a similarity of more than 20%.
