Abstract

This study aims to determine the ethnomatics contained in woven bamboo handicrafts that can be applied in learning mathematics. This research is a qualitative research with an ethnography approach. By deepening the literature study which is a study of literature from journals and the internet. The ethnomatics found in this study are about the mathematical concepts of spatial structure in the material of cones without a base, tubes without lids and blocks found in woven bamboo crafts in the form of caping, aseupan, keranjang, and besek. And the mathematical concepts of flat shapes in the material of circles, squares and rectangles contained in woven bamboo crafts in the form of nyiru, hihid, and bakul  that can be applied in mathematics learning.
