This study aims to describe the improvement of cariousity of science learning in high class through the application of inquiry learning model. The research method used was Classroom Action Research with a research design using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models which were carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing actions and observations, and reflection. The participants in this study were 24th grade B students of Adzkia 3rd Elemenyary Integrated Islamic School in Sukabumi city, consisting of 15 male students and 9 female students. Data collection techniques in this study used observation technique, questionnaire, interview and field notes. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive. The results of the pre-cycle study through a observation of indicators of cariousity, showed cariousity percentage reached 44%. Then increasing in the first cycle cariousity percentage reached 65%. Whereas in the second cycle, observation results showed cariousity percentage reached 89%. The conclusion of this study is that cariousity of students of inquiry learning model in the high class (fourth grade) increases through the application of the inquiry learning model the 2018/2019 school year.
