Abstract

The reseach aims at knowing aspinach consumer preference at tradisional market and modern market by applying descriptive analysis method. Analysis result shows that spinach consumer at traditional market and modern maeke has sameness that is consumer chooses guality from spinach light green color. Spinach product feature at tradicional market and modern market that is selected by consumer is goods arrangement, which puts property but from package that is tied and at modern market chooses to use tranparent plastic. Spinach fresh level at tradicional market and modern market that is less that 3 days meanwhile from spinach physical at tradicional market chooses amall leaf that has no hole ant at modern market teands to be cheaper compares to price at modern market.
