Abstrak — Dengan berkembangnya teknologi digital, Minimarket Vimart di Gunung Sindur melihat peluang untuk
meningkatkan layanan melalui pengembangan platform delivery order. Layanan ini bertujuan memberikan kemudahan kepada
pelanggan untuk memesan kebutuhan sehari-hari secara online, terutama dalam menghadapi perubahan perilaku konsumen
akibat pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengelolaan logistic dan manajemen pengiriman, mengidentifikasi nilai
tambah dalam layanan delivery, serta merancang platform yang intuitif dan ramah pengguna. Metode penelitian meliputi
observasi, studi pustaka, dan wawancara. Minimarket Vimart saat ini memiliki struktur organisasi yang mencakup owner, kepala
toko, asisten kepala toko, kasir, dan pramuniaga dengan tugas dan wewenang yang terstruktur. Infrastruktur teknologi informasi
mendukung operasional layanan, seperti penggunaan komputer, printer thermal, dan jaringan LAN. Hasil penelitian diharapkan
dapat membantu Minimarket Vimart mengembangkan layanan delivery order yang kompetitif, efisien, dan meningkatkan
kepuasan pelanggan di pasar ritel lokal.
