Pemanfaatan Kansei Engineering dapat dilakukan dalam mendukung proses pengambailan keputusan dalam memilih suatu produk berdasarkan faktor emosional penggunanya. Paper ini membahas bagaimana metode TOPSIS digabungkan dengan metode kansei untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam pemilihan produk yang benar-benar diinginkan oleh penggunanya dengan mempertimbangkan pada faktor emosional yang mempengaruhi penggunanya.
