The research was done in sandpit lake which located in Kampung Titisan, Cikahuripan Village, Cianjur Regency during March to Juni 2016. Growth rate of grass carp was assessed base on the length and weight of fish during cultivation., around 21 days. The treatment was applied is different density, are 25, 50, and 75 fish/net with 3 replication. The cultivation has done in floating cage 1x1x1,2 m<sup>3</sup> and fed by water spinach as much as 40% area of floating cage’s surface. The result showed that average of survival rate (SR) of grass carp is 59,7% and the highest SR seen on density of 50 fish, i.e. 74,67%. The highest daily length growth rate (GR) is 1,04%/day on density of 75 fish and the highest weight growth rate is 1,49%/day on density of 25 fish. But, the analysis of varian result showed that there is no significant difference between different densities for SR (p&gt;0,05), and has significat different for GR (p&lt;0,05). The weight growth rate of grass carp is classified as low which indicates that the water spinach is not sufficient. The Territorial Indicative Ceiling of Agricultural Sector is the maximum limit of budget that determined by the government of Parepare which is intended for the broader agricultural sector (food crops, plantation, livestock, and fiheries), with the target point being increasing farmer’s income. The purpose of this study was analyze the impact of Territorial Indicative Ceiling of Agricultural Sector on the farmer’s income in Parepare City. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis method, through non parametric analysis (Wilcoxon signed rak test) with SPSS ver. 23. The respondents involved were food crop farmers, farmers who receiveing tools and agricultural machinery, breeder, and fishermen, by calculating their income based on their age, education, and counselor’s response. The result showed that farmer’s income increased after the Territorial Ceiling of Agricultural Sector is enforced. The food crop sector is the sector with the highest revenue increase of 152,81%, while livestock is the lowest increase, which is 29,36%. The method used is a survei with sampling technique is simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using econometrics method within multiple linear regresion expression. Independent variable are income and education level, while the independent variable is level of nile tilapia consumption. This research is purposive sampling with certain technique. Respondents in the study amounted to 50 respondents consisting of extension coordinator, head BP3K, agricultural extension and rice farmers. This study aieds to determine how much variable the performance of agricultural extension to the success of farming in Tenjolaut Village Cidadap subdistrict of Sukabumi regency. The results show that the performance of agricultural extension workers in the Village of Tenjolaut is good but the productivity rice in Tenjolaut Village is less than average. The variables are processed by method simple linear regression using SPSS 21 analysis. The results of data showed that the performance of agricultural extension significantly to the success of farming. The high demand causes 10 of 118 species of shark in Indonesia to be included in the Appendix CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) list. The Indonesian government says there are some obstacles in shark fisheries policy making, one of which is the inadequacy of shark fishery data including the number and type of shark caught being one of the obstacles in making shark fishery regulation in Indonesia. This research was aimed to assess the composition of shark that caught and conducted by in-situ shark sampling in TPI Karangsong, Indramayu. There are 21 species of shark that caught and two of them are included in the Appendix CITES. By way of utilizing waste Styrofoam into hydroponic media. It can be used as an attempt to change the mindset of people to the agricultural sector which is synonymous with dirty, hoe and mud. This activity is carried out within a period of 3 months with the goal of society is male and female students grade 4-5 SD Aisyiyah city of Sukabumi. The method used is the socialization of the importance of agriculture and training methods of cultivation with hydroponic systems, as well as entrepreneurship training for students.
