Abstract

This study was compiled using a descriptive qualitative approach aimed at finding and 
formulating appropriate teaching methods in Indonesian language subjects thru the 
application of the deep learning concept. This approach was chosen because it can provide 
an in-depth understanding of learning phenomena while also emphasizing a comprehensive 
understanding of students' learning processes. The research was conducted using the 
literature study method, which is a research approach that focuses on examining various 
relevant literature sources. The stages of literature study include several systematic steps, 
starting with the process of identifying literature sources related to the topic of Indonesian 
language learning and the concept of deep learning. After that, a literature review was 
conducted to ensure that only sources with high relevance and academic credibility were used 
as study material. The next step is literature analysis, which involves critically and deeply 
examining the content, ideas, and findings found in these sources. Thru this analysis, it is 
hoped that accurate information can be obtained regarding the application of deep learning in 
Indonesian language learning. The study results were then formulated into recommendations 
for suitable teaching methods, which could support the improvement of the teaching and 
learning process and contribute to the development of innovative learning strategies.
