Abstract

Loji roads almost every year experience landslides because around these roads have a lot of steep slopes that can occur anytime, from these phenomenon it is necessary to do research to determine the safety factor of the slope to determine the safety factor of the slope to determine the effect of static loads and water content on slope stability. For this purpose, slope modeling is done in a laboratory with static loading, slope modeling is carried out with optimum moisture content conditions and using angles of variation of 45, 60, and 75. From the result of the study obtained slope clearance patterns, as verification analysis used is the Bishop method, the result of analysis of calculations and laboratory tests show the same tendency that the critical angle gets bigger when the slope is greater and the influence of the static load also causes changes in the safety factor of the slope getting smaller.
