Metode Membangun Rumah Sederhana Penggunaan Komponen Panel

Abstract

The development of innovation in the current build, is the build method by using panels as building components. Ease and speed in the implementation of construction to be the advantage of panel use method compared with conventional build method. This study discusses building with the use of panel components on a simple type unit  36 object.

Study shows discussion of building methods using panels according to the analysis of the rencana kerja dan syarat-syarat (RKS) there is a difference in the simple house of the foundation work and walls. As for the working time all components shorter need 47 days, is reviewed in terms of the cost of use of the panel material more expensive than conventional material, due to the mobility factor of material delivery to the location. The use of panels also requires the support of skilled workers and tools to build appropriately.
