Limited land makes housing a very popular place to be sought after by people in the current era. Housing is often interpreted as a house with almost the same model and built more than one in a row in an area called the complex. Today's housing developers are very numerous and compete with one another in terms of housing development by providing a variety of sales strategies so that consumers are interested and buy the dwellings. By looking at the competitiveness of the developers regarding housing construction, the study was conducted at the Amaranta Residence Sukabumi housing location as a research center and other housing located around the research location, the researcher used the observation method. Break event point calculations are carried out at the research center to see the Break Even Point of the housing.
