Abstract

There are inconsistencies (fluctuations) in stock prices that have occurred during the last five years from 2013 to 2017, there are still companies that violate CSR practices that are the phenomenon of this research. This study aims to evaluate and analyze empirically the effect of current ratio, earnings per share, trading volume on stock prices with corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable. The sample used was 55 manufacturing companies with a purposive sampling method. The research method used is a causal method with a quantitative approach to secondary data with SEM WarpPLS 6.0 program. The results prove that there is no effect of the current ratio and trading volume on stock prices while earnings per share have a significant positive effect on stock prices, corporate social responsibility weakens the effect of the current ratio on stock prices.
