Abstract

The mining industry acts as the largest natural resource PNBP contributor in 2016. PT ANTAM is a mining company. In order to maintain its contribution to the Indonesian economy, the support of all elements in it must be good, especially the performance of the employees in it. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the factors that drive the performance of PT ANTAM Tbk's employees and what are the most dominant factors in driving the performance of PT ANTAM Tbk's employees. This study involved 54 PT ANTAM Tbk employees in the division of Human Capital Management, Organization Effectiveness and Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Marketing as respondents with sampling using simple random sampling technique. The collected data is then processed using factor analysis techniques. The results of the study show that there are 16 factors that encourage the performance of PT ANTAM Tbk's employees, with four dominant factors that drive the performance of PT ANTAM Tbk's employees, namely Discipline, Ability and Skills, Perception, and Learning factors.
