Abstract
This article discusses the quality of public services delivered by District Court for Religious Affairs of the Sukabumi in divorce cases. The study uses
qualitative approach in analyzing data. The data are coded into five dimensions of public services according to a theory by Zeithaml, namely tangible,
reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The study reveals that the quality of public services delivered by the court in the divorce cases varies from
one dimension to the other.
